Ventilation dust collectors, dust removers

Dust collectors are used together with the exhaust ventilation system, recirculation and air aspiration. Such installations purify dry air from various types of dust (except for sticky and fibrous mixtures). The unit is not designed to work with explosive substances and mixtures.

The operating principle of the device is that the air getting inside is cleaned; the large particles of dust are left in the dust collector, and smaller ones in specialized filter bags.

Dust removers are usually used in industrial buildings, in enterprises engaged in metalwork, wood processing or the transport of granular substances.

The level of air cleaning by the dust remover depends on the configuration and design of the unit, as well as the composition of the dust and the air flow rate.

Due to their simple and reliable design, dust collecting units can work for many years. The purchase of such a device can reduce the cost for the air change: after cleaning, the air is not removed outside, but returns back, thereby saving energy.
